Takis is a local guy. The St. John Bosco HS alum (who married a Saint Joseph HS alum) says his best attribute is customer service and being able to connect with clients. 

“My wife says my strength is an ability to connect with all types of people. I’ve never found more joy in my career than from being a general contractor and helping clients execute their vision for their dream home.”

Takis adds that another key to earning rave customer service reviews comes down to the fact his company does not take on too many jobs at once. Working only a handful of jobs each year allows Takis to remain the project manager and main point of contact with each and every client. “I am the one you are working with and I am on the job site almost every day,” says Takis.
