While Long Beach has always been home, traveling the U.S. and internationally—both for work and leisure—has defined Nancy Thomas’ life. Through her decades of exploring countless cities during business travel as an entrepreneur and CEO in the office supplies space, she became known among friends and family as the “travel expert.”
Everything added up to the perfect semi-retirement gig for her: travel advisor. Nancy now officially books trips, not only for herself, but for friends, family, and neighbors in Long Beach.
“It’s always a good idea to book through a travel advisor, or at least get a quote, because most of the time I can access a better deal or additional perks. For example, hotels will usually give their best rooms to clients booked by travel advisors,” Nancy said.
