INTRODUCING THE 908 HOLIDAY FAIR

This year, we’re throwing our first ever Holiday Fair in East Long Beach. The two-day fair, from 12pm-5pm on November 29th and 30th, will be located in the expansive 3rd story event space in Sports Basement on Bellflower Blvd. Inside a festive atmosphere, the fun will include a large small business gift market, live holiday music from local school choirs and musical groups, delicious food and drink, Santa Claus, lots of photo opps, and multi-cultural, holiday-themed crafts for kids.
The vision is to make it similar to the “European Christmas Markets” that are so popular and world famous... of course it won’t be quite the same... but that’s sort of the idea, with a family-friendly, “Long Beach twist” of course.
Will you join us? Your kids and grandkids can sip hot chocolate, make ornaments, and take photos with Santa, as you sip a local brew or holiday cocktail served by Port City Tavern! Listen to Christmas carols as you peruse dozens of local businesses selling products and START SMALL this holiday season!
For all our amazing, loyal readers, I hope to see you there either Saturday or Sunday (or both!) and hope you appreciate the truly community-driven event this will be. While the motivation comes from wanting to encourage “shopping small,” the result will be a FREE, very festive, community event that everyone can enjoy. Dozens of organizations are helping us put together booths to make this event shine, and we can promise at the very least, you’ll get a great [Long Beach] Holiday photo.
