Long Beach Beer (and Bread) Lab is a brewery, restaurant, bakery, and café all under the same roof and all done exceptionally well. The Lab wants us to eat “good” and have fun while doing it. Try the cheesy focaccia style margarita with a cold Stimulus Package IPA. Aside from great pizza and beer pairings (and all that yeast), they sell pastries and breads all baked in-house. Visit their website for fun events like Yoga and Beer (with wonderful instructor Yenly Stevens), pinball tournaments, trivia nights, live music, themed costume contests and movie showings, and even a Calligraphy for Beginners night, because artistic penman-ship is best done while drinking beer.
