Let's Make It Brunch

As summer in Long Beach approaches, residents see more and more specials and deals pop up.

Super Mex on Spring Street is already an East Long Beach favorite for family-friendly lunch and dinner. So what else can they add to the community?

“Let’s make it a brunch,” Said Super Mex on Spring St. owner Scott Williams. And that’s his goal. Make Super Mex on Spring Street the go-to weekend mimosa eatery and drinkery on the East side.

Scott first started noticing the brunch trend grow in Long Beach during his days working with the 2nd street location. As some of the best mimosa spots in town have closed their doors in recent years, he wants to make brunch at Super Mex the newest trend.

“It’s everything you already love about our restaurant- dog-friendly, kid-friendly, affordable, but now add in a little bubbly!”

The “cantina” bar area offers a full beer and wine menu as well for those not interested in mimosas. The endless mimosa deal starts at 10:30am Saturday and Sunday and will go all summer long according to owner, Scott.

The “Mexican” breakfast menu at Super Mex includes all the classic, breakfast burritos, huevos rancheros, chorizos with eggs, carne asada with eggs, and their signature Spring Street Eggs Benedict among other items. Now, Spring St Super Mex regulars can add bottomless mimosas to their breakfast order.
