4th Street From Temple to Cherry, Long Beach, CA 90814

Activate the business district on the 4th Friday of every month, when you can expect extended store hours, food and drink specials, discounted merchandise, pop-up shops, art shows, live music, double decker bus rides, and more! The Long Beach Trolley will be cruising up and down 4th Street and a bike valet will be available for those biking to the event.

Bubblefest Returns to Discovery Cube OC

Saturday, Mar. 24 | 10am-5pm

Pop into Spring Break with this bubble spectacular, featuring hands-on family fun and the return of the Mega Bubblefest Laser show! Bubblefest provides learners of all ages the opportunity to interact with bubble activities and learn more about the science behind the soapy fun. The festival demonstrates the science and mathematics of bubbles, such as their surface tension, elasticity, air pressure, molecular and geometric properties. A Bubblefest ticket grants access to all Bubblefest activities at the Discovery Cube OC.

Farm Lot Eats!

Head over to Farm Lot 59 to help fundraise for urban agriculture, the educational programs that the farm offers and the reopening of Farmstand 59. There will be a tasting menu and craft beer from restaurant partners such as Chianina, Michaels on Naples, ROE, Panxa, Taste, the Long Beach Creamery, Ten Mile Brewing and The Wine Country. There will be a silent auction at the event for various items like a fitness package from Recreational Fitness, gift cards from all our restaurant partners and more!

Spring Community Concert

Get ready to kick-off spring with a concert at the park! Enjoy music by The Dustbowl Revival an American roots orchestra playing it all, mashing the sounds of traditional American music into a genre-hopping dance party. Make it a family dinner date and indulge in the tastes of multiple food trucks. Don’t forget your blankets, chairs, and good spirits!

Beach Clean-Up and Hike

Sunday, Mar. 25| 9am-12pm

1250 Bellflower Boulevard, Long Beach, CA 90815

Join CSULB students and alumni for a bright morning of service and fun in a cove off of Rancho Palos Verdes. The beach clean up will begin in Abalone Cove and will conclude with a leisure hike along the beautiful Pacific Coast. This sounds like an ideal start to a true Sunday funday.
